Bridge static load test data analysis

The purpose of the bridge static test data analysis is to better achieve a predetermined test goal,to make corresponding technical evaluation about bridge structure.The analysis includes modifying and sorting the measured data,the adoption of measured data's evaluation method and evaluation index.

1 Sorting of the measured data

The raw data of test and original record is the main basis of research results, evaluate performance and carrying capacity.The original record is the first-hand information to explain test situation,it is the most reliable from the overall point of view, but also fussy and complicated, lacks the necessary organization,can't be able to shows the main technical conclusion centrally and clearly.Therefore,the original records expressed the major results in the experiment more clearly.At the same time, in the process of test data sorting, in order to expressed the major results in the experiment we should respect the original records and emphasize more clearly.At the same time,in the process of test data sorting we should cherish any useful bit information and keep the integrity and seriousness of original records.In addition,for some measurement method and content,in order to get valuable data or measurement error distribution,the measurement should be carried out in accordance with scientific and reasonable method to calculate and correct.

1.1 The content of the raw data of the test

(1)the bridge test and calculation results of the investigation results.

(2)test plan and manual.

(3)reading records and structural fracture distribution of each test project.

(4)mechanics performance test results of the bridge structure material.

(5)The load test records,pictures of all kinds of abnormal situation in load test.

1.2 Sorting of the test data

Generally,for the structure in the phase of flexible work,load reading minus the initial reading is equal to the test value.Upon finished the test,according to the test project and the corresponding record form,corresponding measured values in various loads can be directly calculated out,then we can find out the typical data in the observation projects.In the measuring value calculation, pay attention to the following questions.

(1)Measurement value and correction

Measurement value and correction is a kind of test data correction work that modify the measure value according to the result of each kind of instrument calibration,such as the correction coefficient of mechanical instrument,electrical measuring instruments rate coefficient, sensitivity coefficient, the influence of the resistance strain gauge observation lead resistance etc.Generally speaking,the deviation of Instrument and meter is systemic,before experiment we should manage to rule out it.When the influence of such factors on the test values is less than 1% ,it is not necessary to modify them.

(2)The stress calculation of measuring points

The measured stress of each measuring point can be obtained by the measured strain according to Hooke's law.The elastic modulus of steel,can according to the types of steel,using the relevant specification or discipline of specified value,we can also intercept test structure as component, the elastic modulus of steel grade can be determined through tests.For concrete structures, there are two kinds of method to determine the modulus of elasticity, one is according to the concrete grade stipulated in the design drawings,using standard fixed value,the other is adopt nondestructive testing method,measure the actual strength of test concrete structure,and then obtain corresponding elastic modulus value according to the measured intensity look-up table.The first method usually used in the newly built bridge structure and the other method is usually used for the existent structure.
